Ingredients
Makes 4
- 120ml Weekender Peach Gin
- 80ml Quarterpast Triple Peach Mixology Base
- 600ml Rosé wine, refrigerated
- Fresh Thyme
- Fresh peach slices, substitute for citrus fruit if not in season
- Ice
Method
- Place all ingredients in your InFizz bottle
- Secure the bottle to the InFizz stand, pump 2 to 4 times
- Release the pressure and pour over ice
- Garnish with fresh thyme and peach slices
