Peachy Rosé Spritz

JC from @Drinks_Geek has pulled together a winner for summer. This cocktail features the Breville InFizz and Quarterpast Triple Peach Mixology Base.

Ingredients

Makes 4

  • 120ml Weekender Peach Gin
  • 80ml Quarterpast Triple Peach Mixology Base
  • 600ml Rosé wine, refrigerated
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Fresh peach slices, substitute for citrus fruit if not in season
  • Ice

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in your InFizz bottle
  2. Secure the bottle to the InFizz stand, pump 2 to 4 times
  3. Release the pressure and pour over ice
  4. Garnish with fresh thyme and peach slices
